How long does a fire alarm installation typically take?
Timelines depend on building size and complexity. A small site (single floor, ~50 devices) can be completed in 1–2 weeks. Medium facilities take 3–6 weeks, and large multi-floor installations 2–4 months including design, supply, installation, commissioning, and Civil Defense approval.
Do you provide Civil Defense approval and documentation?
Yes. We prepare full design drawings, device layouts, commissioning reports, and as-built documentation. We then submit the package and coordinate the Civil Defense inspection until the final certificate is issued.
Which is better, addressable or conventional?
Addressable systems are recommended for medium-to-large facilities where rapid pinpoint response, scalability, and lower long-term maintenance costs matter. Conventional systems are a strong choice for smaller, single-zone facilities where upfront cost is the priority. Our engineers recommend the right system after a free site survey.
Do you maintain systems installed by other companies?
Absolutely. Our Annual Maintenance (AMC) division services fire alarm systems regardless of who installed them, across all the major brands we work with. We can also upgrade or expand existing systems.
What standards do you follow?
All installations comply with NFPA 72 (National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code), the KSA Life Safety Code of Practice, and Saudi Civil Defense requirements. For Aramco projects, our PE-stamped designs meet Saudi Aramco engineering specifications.
Do you offer 24/7 support after installation?
Yes. All clients have access to our 24/7 emergency response line for system faults or incidents. AMC clients receive priority response with on-site service guarantees.
