Full Inspection
Visual inspection of cylinder, valve, hose, gauge, and safety pin. Defective parts are identified.

Discharge & Internal Inspection
Complete discharge, cylinder cleaning, and internal inspection for corrosion or damage.

Hydrostatic Testing (if due)
Periodic hydrostatic testing performed where required by age or regulation.

Refilling & Recharging
Cylinder refilled with fresh, certified agent to the correct weight and pressure specifications.

Certification & Return
New service label applied, certified tag attached, and extinguisher returned ready for service.
